Oh I took a step away from the Prim world today and made an adorable, easy, in the hoop project for Father’s Day. My hubby loves to fish (I just don’t ‘get’ it but oh well, that’s why they created books) so I thought he would like this for Father’s Day. He saw it on the computer screen this morning and asked if he was getting one. I took that as an atta-girl! 🙂
This was a breeze to stitch! The sign is free-standing applique and the lures are stitched on plain ole backing. Get creative with the hangers – use paperclips, fishing line or invisible thread or small guage wire.
You can find these great new dangler projects in my New Release Category at http://www.heartstringsembroidery.com/catalog/

HeartString Embroidery’s ever growing catalog grew again yesterday. We add new designs every friday 🙂
I know Dad will just love this sampler stitched and framed (guess who is getting the one I stitched…lol). The Summer Sampler coordinates with our Exclusive Spring Sampler and I love willow trees and saltbox so I really love the Watch Sampler.
